David Culbreth Jr, President

David Culbreth purchased Commercial Fence Co. in 2002 and through his effort and dedication grew the company from 1.5 million a year to 10 million a year in revenues. Continuing with the expansion plans of the company, David is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring to the Dallas-Metro area the world class quality service that Commercial has come to be recognized for. David's twenty plus years of experience in the industry, and his well-trained staff assure the Dallas-Metro area will receive the same quality customer service.

Dorian Boreman, Vice President of Construction

Dorian is responsible for maintaining high quality suppliers and strategic partner's relationships. He works closely with all levels of management within Commercial to determine needs, develop strategies, plans and provide procurement sources in support of those needs. Dorian is also responsible for developing the safety program, safety communications, procedures and policies for guiding safe work performance.

Kelli Gonzalez, Vice President of Accounting

Kelli Gonzalez came to Commercial Fence in December of 2012. Prior to Commercial Fence she worked with Sanders Morris Harris for 16 years as an Administrative Assistant for multiple executives. Kelli has a combined role as the Office Manager and Accounting Specialist . She is a problem solver, excellent multi-tasker and always has the best interest of our customer’s in mind.

David Carroll, Specialty and Industrial Sales Manager

David Carroll serves as the General Sales manager for Commercial Fence, Commercial Access Controls, and Commercial Parking Solutions. He is familiar with many types of fencing systems, gate systems, access systems, and many anti-terrorism crash barricade systems. Mr. Carroll’s responsibilities include new account development, maintaining and overseeing existing accounts while working with the assigned account representative to maintain customer relations. Mr. Carroll brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the Commercial Companies, with over 14 years of access control, CCTV, and fencing after stepping aboard Commercial in 2002. Prior to joining Commercial he spent 10 years with ADT Security in Houston, Texas as a Senior Sales Representative building accounts in the Houston area. Carroll is a long standing member of ASIS International, and holds a US Department of Homeland Security “Chemical-Terrorism Vulnerability Information” certificate, and TWIC card. Carrol is also a certified automatic gate installer, certified automatic gate system designer.

Santiago Lee II, CAD/Sales Support

Santiago Lee II came to Commercial Fence with a background in residential Architecture. He holds a Bachelors of Architecture with a minor in Construction Management from the University of Houston. He spent 9 years in residential design in the Memorial area. After a few years as a draftsman he was promoted to Senior Project Manager; overseeing projects from inception all the way through to construction. In 2009 he moved on to commercial architecture where he worked on light commercial designs throughout the United States on projects in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Nebraska. After commercial design, he spent some time doing contract work in 3D visualization, web design and graphics. Santiago joined the Commercial Fence team in February of 2014. He is now our in-house Designer, CAD Operator and Estimator. He supports our Sales Team by producing all our submittal drawings and specifications.

Michele Kelley, Service Coordinator

Michele Kelley first joined Commercial Fence in 2005 with the acquisition of another fence company. Prior to Commercial Fence she had been in the fence industry for 2 years. She came to Commercial Fence with over 14 years of Office /Administrative experience.  After taking a leave of absence to start a family, she returned to Commercial Fence in 2021.  Michele currently handles scheduling for the service department as well as supports the Sales team.  Michele is a problem solver and is an excellent multi-tasker focused on customer’s service needs.

Jeff Dusenbury, Service Supervisor

Jeff has over 12 years’ experience in the fencing industry. Specializing in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing all mechanical aspects of access controls, including but not limited to gate operators, barrier arms, turnstiles, and crash barriers. Jeff can also perform on-site client surveys for installation specs and continues to excel in making the customer happy. He also has 40-hour OHSA Safety Class and is AFA Fence Certification.

Kyle Donahoe, Sales

Kyle Donahoe joined Commercial Fence in 2023 with the desire to learn the fencing industry. Kyle comes to Commercial Fence with over 2 years of fiber optics installation and carpentry experience. He aspires to gain more knowledge and so far, holds CAGSD and CAGOI certifications.
